July Wrap Up

This wrap is late, but I had so many book reviews to write. I seriously cannot believe the number of books I got to read this month thanks to the SABR Summer Camp! This is my most successful reading month ever, and I reached my Goodreads goals.

I managed two ARCs during July, both of which were debuts for the authors, and I loved them. I also got to try so many new-to-me authors, some of which were indie authors, and I’m obsessed with The Billionaires Betasitter series by Merri Bright. If you want to try out Omegaverse with a contemporary romance feel, then check out these fun, spicy, and heartfelt books!

The ratings varied this month, and sadly, I did hit a DNF, but I loved so many books that I read this month. Now I need to go and get an update to date for August, as five books desperately need to be reviewed.

June Wrap Up

I don’t want to talk too soon, but I think Adele Knight might have kicked my book slump! I honestly cannot believe I’ve managed five novellas and one full-length ARC this month, especially with how awful my health has been. But I’m finally back to enjoying reading again, and it makes me so happy! Maybe this coming month I’ll find my love of writing again.

I had pretty much a five-star reading month, being that four of the novellas were five stars; my lowest rating was actually my ARC read, at three stars, but it was still enjoyable. But I had so many favourites this month; in fact, I wasn’t a big fan of friends-to-lovers and second-chance romances until this month. I have gained four book boyfriends from Her Dirty Best Friend, Her Filthy Enemy, Her Seductive Second Chance, and Her Grumpy Boss. September cannot come quickly enough to see what else Adele Knight has in store for me in the next instalment of Her Sweet Seduction Series, a series that officially broke my book-buying ban, and it was definitely worth it.

May Wrap Up

My wrap is a little later than I would have liked, but May was a 𝘮𝘰𝘯𝘵𝘩, and nevertheless, I’m pretty pleased with my reading month considering I managed nothing last month.

I had my first Netgalley ARC this month, and to be honest, the book took me a rather long time to read but still got a solid three-star rating (which isn’t a bad rating in my opinion). Monster’s Find was my favourite of the month, and not just because I finished in an hour. It was my first real dip into the Omegaverse genre, and I look forward to trying out the rest of the series soon when I eventually break my book-buying ban.
