ARC REVIEW: The Lord of Mist and Mead by Susan Golden

Rating: 3 out of 5.

The Lord of Mist and Mead is a Fantasy Romance Novel by Susan Golden. Abigail Sumner is a proper young woman with a sharp wit and high intelligence who, out of desperation, runs away with zero plans but a clawing need for escape. This act has her running into the path of Killian Greydawn, a Fae lord, with so much obligation and fading hope for the Fae realm under his protection that the lovely Abigail is not only a wonderful distraction but a glimmer of hope in his world of darkness. Is his fancy—his desire to keep her—a hindrance to his obligation or the push he needs to fight for a better future?

February Wrap Up

I feel like January lasts a lifetime and then February is a blip. I was hoping to fit another book in this month but reading the Covet took forever.

My favourite book this month was The Hating Game. I know for a fact I will be rereading that book again and again because I am obsessed with Lucy and Josh!

What was your favourite book this month?
Can anyone suggest some enemy-to-lovers books, please? My TBR needs it!

REVIEW: The Hating Game by Sally Thorne

Rating: 5 out of 5.

Film Adaptation: The Hating Game

The Hating Game is Sally Thorne’s first Romance Novel. It centres around one office’s adversaries. Lucy Hutton is the sweetest of summer fruits. Joshua Templeman is the equivalent of bursting a child’s bubble. Sharing an office is slowly tearing at both their sanities, as is their obsessive need to screw with each other’s minds with the constant play of childish games, and with a new job up for the offer, they are both pushed to the brink. The need to win is Lucy’s sole driving compulsion, but Josh is playing for a completely different price. What game will be the one to push them both off edge finally?
